eAttorney 70,000 User Base Given Anytime, Anywhere Access To Document Storage, Management, and Collaboration
SEATTLE, WA, March 28, 2000 - Punch Networks Corp., a leading outsourcer of Web-based file storage and collaboration services, has been selected by eAttorney, the leading Application Service Provider (ASP) and destination site for legal professionals, to provide the core Web file storage and collaboration service on www.eAttorney.com. Beginning in May 2000, eAttorney.com will feature a co-branded version of Punch's document management solution for its users.

"In today's Web economy, legal professionals will fall behind if document management systems are too confusing, proprietary or static. eAttorney's secure, Web-based service speaks to this need for accessible document management," said Robert P. Alpert, Esq., Senior Vice President of Business Development at eAttorney. "Punch Networks' Web-based document management service will become a core application in our suite of ASP services and package offering, further positioning eAttorney as the leading provider of legal specific business solutions."

Punch's document management solution provides basic document management features including version control, audit trails, change notification, and access control rights. The service is 100% Web-based and does not require a download or plug-in. eAttorney users will have access to this service as part of the suite of services that come with eAttorney ASP membership.

"We are proud to have been selected by eAttorney," said the president and CEO of Punch Networks. "They are a demonstrated leader in the legal vertical, one of our key target markets. They will be a great distribution partner for us, and we look forward to contributing to the success of their site."

WebGroups furthers eAttorney's efforts in providing legal professionals with comprehensive attorney-focused business and personal content, services and applications through one website. Other partnered solutions offered on eAttorney.com include UPS Document Exchange's secure email, TimeBills.com's system for billable hours, internal time tracking and invoice delivery and Accompany Inc.'s aggregated buying network. Online relocation tools and unified messaging are also offered.

eAttorney services in development right now include instant intranet and client extranet, bill presentment, accounting, human resources, legal research capabilities, e-filing, legal newswire, financial services, daily news, weather and sports as well as targeted e-commerce offerings for travel, tickets and gifts.
