Turn on/off automatic version retention

From the ElectraDrive Sync Engine Settings Window (Help: How do I access the Settings Window) you can adjust whether your ElectraDrive Sync Engine automatically retains previous file versions.

Default installation settings set your Sync Engine to keep all versions on the server.

For more information about versions, see: What is "versioning" and why do i need it?.

To turn off automatic version retention
Uncheck the box labelled: "Keep File Versions" in the "Synchronization" area
To turn on automatic version retention
Check the box labelled: "Keep File Versions" in the "Synchronization" area
