Fixing my ElectraDrive Favorite
You may experience problems with ElectraDrive if you navigate to the ElectraDrive service URL (https://www.electradrive.com) via an old or out of date Internet Explorer "Favorite"

To fix your favorite, please follow the following steps:

  1. Open your browser
  2. Click on the Favorites Menu and Right click on the "ElectraDrive 4.1" favorite
  3. Select Properties
  4. In the URL field, if there is a link like this:
    https://www.electradrive.com/servlet/XmlServlet;jsessionid=a9GqP-Ww7JU_?pnc=/stylesheets/html/html.xsl&fid=380786
  5. delete everything after https://www.electradrive.com
  6. The link should then only have https://www.electradrive.com
  7. Click OK
