Using Punch WebGroups, it is not possible for another member of your WebGroup to upload a new version of a file, unless they have already downloaded or updated their local file to the most current version.
If you are worried that someone else may try to update a file while you are working on revisions to that file, you can "Lock" that file to prevent anyone else from making changes.

If you did not lock the file and another member has updated that file while you were working on updating it, you will have to download the latest version first, and then integrate your modifications to that most recent version of the file.
Also - You can lock an entire folder as well to prevent anyone from modifying ANY of its contents.
