What do I do if I lost my password or cannot log in?
No matter what I type in to the User ID and Password fields, I get Invalid User ID or Password response.

Request a new password from the Punch WebGroups service.
Steps
  1. Go to https://www.punchwebgroups.com and click on the "Recover your lost or forgotten password" link, or click here.

  2. Type your email address in the field

  3. Select "OK"
      Then, once we have identified of your account, we will:
    1. Delete your current password,
    2. E-mail you a new randomly generated password

  4. You will receive an email from us (customerservice@punchnetworks.com) with the subject:Punch WebGroups Account Access Details

  5. Access your account with this new password. This can be done in one of two ways:
    • Press the button labelled "Login to your Punch WebGroups Account Now" and you will be automatically logged in and brought to the "edit password" feature to re-assign yourself a new password.

      - or -

    • Go back to your login page, https://www.punchwebgroups.com

    • Use your 'edit' menu (or right-mouse-click menu) 'copy' function to copy the Password and then 'paste' directly into the Password field of the WebGroups Login box.

    • Recommended: Change your password as soon as you login by clicking on Account to access the section where you can edit your User Information
