Fixing my Punch WebGroups Favorite
You may experience problems with Punch WebGroups if you opened WebGroups via an old or out of date Internet Explorer "Favorite"

To fix your favorite, please follow the following steps:

  1. Open your browser
  2. Click on the Favorites Menu and Right click on the WebGroups favorite
  3. Select Properties
  4. In the URL field, if there is a link like this:
    https://www.punchwebgroups.com/servlet/XmlThingie;jsessionid=a9GqP-Ww7JU_?pnc=/stylesheets/html/html.xsl&fid=380786
  5. delete everything after https://www.punchwebgroups.com
  6. The link should then only have https://www.punchwebgroups.com
  7. Click OK
