| Upload a folder of files to Punch WebGroups using the Windows XP Publishing Wizard

How do I use the "Publish this folder to the Web" feature within Microsoft Windows XP to upload files into my Punch WebGroups account?
First, you will need to install a teeny-tiny (250 Kb) little program which will tell your Windows XP environment how to upload files to Punch WebGroups. For assistance with installation, see: Configure the Windows XP Publishing Wizard .
Using the Windows XP Publishing Wizard to upload files to Punch WebGroups.
Steps
- Open up your Windows XP file explorer - such as "My Documents" or "My Pictures" - and select the "Publish this folder to the Web" task from the "Task Pane".
Note: if you do not see the blue "Task Pane" on the left side of the window, as pictured above, single-mouse-click the "Folders" toggle button at the top of the window.
- The Windows XP Publishing Wizard should appear.
Press the Next Button.
- You should now be offered a list of possible vendors.
Select "Punch WebGroups" and then Press the Next Button.
- The next panel should offer 4 possible actions:
- Login - to provide authentication details and begin uploading.
- Create a new account - if you do not already have an account, start here.
- Request assistance - if you cannot remember your Login ID or Password, go here to request your authentication credentials sent to you by email.
- What is WebGroups - Just in case you were wondering ;)
Select "Login".
- Enter your Login ID and Password
Press Next
- Once authenticated, you will be presented with your familiar "My WebGroups" folder structure, which you can use to navigate to precisely where you want to upload into your Punch WebGroups account. Once you are satisifed that you have chosen the appropriate location to upload into, Press Next.
NOTE: you can also create a "New Folder" to upload your files into by clicking the "New Folder" button.
- You actual upload(s) should now be underway!
- You should be notified when uploading has completed. Press Finish.
NOTE: if you leave the checkbox "Open this site when I click Finish" checked, you be able to log into Punch WebGroups via your default web browser and inspect and verify that all for you files are indeed on the server.
That's all there is to uploading entire folders to Punch WebGroups using the Windows XP Publishing Wizard!
