| How does Password Recovery work?
Once we have identified of your account, we will:
- Delete your current password,
- E-mail you a new randomly generated password,
- then you -
- Will receive an e-mail from "customerservice@punchnetworks.com" which will contain your User ID and the new randomly generated password,
- You can then use this new randomly generated password to Login to your WebDrive account,

(Optional) You may change your password to a more meaningful and memorable one after you have logged-in, by accessing your account information [see ElectraDrive Help].
